Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. This Privacy Policy details how the Encode handles, processes, and stores information when you interact with our endpoints.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require user accounts, registration, or sign-ups. We do not permanently store or persist the content, raw text, personal contacts, financial details, or credentials you submit to the API endpoints inside long-term relational databases.

2. Data Processed On-The-Fly

When you send a request to our generation endpoints, the service processes the fields provided in the query string or the JSON body (such as name, email, telephone, WiFi SSID, coordinates, or payment details) solely to transform that text into a visual PNG graphic layout.

3. Caching and Memory Storage

To improve speed and reduce computing overhead, identical combinations of data and color parameters are briefly hashed and cached within our system (via an in-memory Redis layer). These cached data objects are set to automatically expire and delete themselves (typically within 1 hour) and are not cross-referenced against your identity.

4. Server Logs and Security

For operations, diagnostics, and prevention of abuse, our servers process:

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or distribute any user-submitted data payloads or logged IP information to advertisers or marketing corporations.

6. Security

We incorporate security headers (including Helmet configurations) to mitigate XSS injections and intercept vulnerabilities, maintaining a secure runtime transmission lifecycle for your incoming requests.

7. Contact Information

If you have questions about the data processing pipeline or our privacy practices, you can submit an inquiry through our open-source project page repository.
